Frequently Asked Questions

Global Accessibility Management (GAM) is a nonprofit initiative under Young Son Rising LLC, based in New York City. Founded by disability rights activist Mr. Ivan Alevante, GAM aims to improve the lives of people with disabilities (PWDs) in Ghana and globally through education, employment, accessible housing, healthcare, and social inclusion.

You can join GAM as a volunteer in education, farming, healthcare, event organization, or administrative support. We welcome local and international volunteers committed to making a difference for PWDs. Simply fill out our contact form or email us.

Currently, GAM is self-funded by its founder, Mr. Ivan Alevante. We are actively seeking sponsorships and donations—both in cash and kind. Every contribution helps improve the lives of PWDs in Ghana and beyond.

To support GAM financially or with resources, please contact us via email or phone. You can also request our sponsorship proposal or view our detailed project cost breakdown to see where your support will go.

GAM aims to become a self-sustaining disability-friendly community in Ghana, with plans to expand globally. We plan to do this through sustainable farming, enterprise development, and strategic partnerships with government and private sectors.
